Citizens I'd like to have

Don't get me wrong...  I enjoy Solaria's citizens VERY much.

But wouldn't these people give the city just that much more flavor?  At least those who behave inside city limits.

    Yeah, that's THE LOOK!! That beard is slimming on him..nice suit. You really wouldn't realize you were looking at what some call the slug.
